The custom order i placed was very easy! The decanter and rocks glasses are excellent. The engraving is good. There was a mix up on the stores end but they fixed it promptly and received the remaining items two days after I brought it to their attention. Five stars for everything because they were very quick to remedy the situation.
Absolutely loved how it turned out! Kate was great to work with, and was very patient with all of my questions. The glasses arrived on time and looked wonderful. I would certainly recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you!
Got these great decanters for our groomsmen. Even though one arrived damaged, the shop owner immediately got to work on a new one and shipped it out ASAP. Very happy with the customer service!
