Amazing pens! They write well and they are just what I wanted.
We recently received our order of custom engraved pens after the USPS lost our 1st order. The second order was delivered on time, the pens were as expected. My 3 star review lies more in the fact that I don't feel the customer service went "the extra mile". I understand that it is neither KustomProduct's fault nor my own that the original order of pens were lost. After going back and forth with the seller a bit, I was given no other option besides filing a claim with USPS. (We did that, to no availl.) Because we were ordering these pens for a specific event, we had to place a new order since we never received the first. We've now paid double for one product. My suggestion, have someone there to sign for the products or you may have to end up with no product, or essentially having to pay for two orders. We are happy that you received your second order of pens and that they were what you wanted for your wedding. However we are sad to see your review, as we did everything we could to assist you. When your first package was lost, we contacted USPS to file a claim but were informed (per their rules) that as it showed as Delivered, you would need to file the claim. Living in NYC, there is no sure way to know what happened to it. We did our best to answer each of your questions promptly, and when you messaged us to let us know you ordered another set and were having it shipped to a friend's place (who has a doorman) we shipped these pens out for you within 36 hours, rather than our regular 3-5 business day processing time. "It is neither KustomProduct's fault nor my own" and we wish your review had reflected that.
The pens were perfect, they write nice and showed up on time.
