The engraving was great and shipping time was great but the pen ink works great at first but starts skipping after a day or two. It was disappointing to have the pen skipping and acting as if the ink was dry or gone. Hello Angie- Thank you for your review, we are so very sorry this happened! We have mailed to you 30 ink refills so each of your pens has 3 refills which should last you a very long time.
